Smart Shopping: Weekend Sales!

For the most part, shopping season has come and gone. And that means we won't see huge savings and discounts until the next shopping season begins. But that doesn't necessarily mean there won't be any amazing sales during the shopping season's hiatus. Sale events are always happening they are just not as heavily advertised and have a shorter life span. Most sales are going to be on the weekends, national holidays, special occasions like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.

The best thing about 3-day or weekend only sales is the savings are mostly for the current season's merchandise and new arrivals. I take advantage of these savings specially things that are on my must-have list. I learned from personal experience that sometimes waiting for a better deal is not the best shopping strategy. Because by the time the item goes on sale again, the inventory is limited or worst... none at all.
