It's been a pretty quiet week for shop worthy sales this week. Good thing Saks came through with their Women's Sale. Save up to 70% off select styles in Contemporary, Salon Z and Evening pieces. So, I browsed the sale and try to see if the 70% off is just another hook. And to my delight, there are actually a number of deep discounts. A lot of under $100 designer finds.
