This cowl neck dress by Prairie Underground is simply eco-chic! Love the silhouette. And it is quite stylish. The pockets gives the dress some edge. Made with 50% organic cotton and 50% recycled polyester. A garment you can wear any season. Easily pair it with knee high boots or ballet flats. Personally, the price is a bit high but well worth the investment.

(shown below) Tag Heuer 'Grand Carrera' Stainless Steel Watch $3,500 Nordstrom
Known for high-quality, luxury watches TAG Heuer launched a collection of innovative and stylish sunglasses a couple of months ago. Personally, I'm not a big fan of 'sporty' shades. And usually when I see someone off the field wearing these -- say with a sports coat while out to lunch with their co-workers -- it makes me cringe. But the 'Squadra' line deserves a second look.On the athletic front, they are very well designed to provide all the things that the athlete would need. They fit well under a helmet, have a singular, slightly flexible lens for a full field of view, and fit any face very well.
Although they are designed to stay put on your face -- and they are snug -- they are also remarkably lightweight and expertly balanced. I am sure they are the lightest shades I have ever worn. And there are no moving parts in the uni-body form.
A far cry from the typical shiny, mirrored sport shades we see all the time. An active male could splurge on these sunglasses and wear them from the field to lunch on the town without worrying about offending my sensibilities.

Hello my fabulous readers and friends! It truly feels like it's been ages since I wrote anything. With my work schedule back to 'normal', things are more manageable. And I do appreciate the continued support. So, here goes!
Holiday deals may be officially over but in fact, a majority of retailers are having some must-shop sale events. Take Anne Klein for example. Save an additional 25% OFF on already reduced merchandise. Shop their wide selection of shoes, apparel and accessories. I actually enjoyed browsing the sale merchandise. The items don't look like they came from the back of a closet. And most certainly no slim-pickins'.
A great sale to shop for your spring wardrobe. As an added bonus, free shipping on purchases of $75 or more. No coupon code needed and sale ends this Monday, 1/18/10. Happy Shopping!

Megan Fox for Emporio Armani Underwear and Jeans Spring/Summer 2010
Emporio Armani unveiled the first images of Megan Fox for Emporio Armani Spring/Summer 2010 Underwear and Jeans worldwide advertising campaign. Shot by world renowned photographers Met Alas and Marcus Piggot (he also shot the Beckhams for Emporio Armani's Underwear ads). I love these photos. They are tastefully done in comparison to other photos I've seen of Megan Fox.

Domineco and Stefano described their Men's Spring 2010 Collection as sparkling and glitzy. Give me dazzling over military inspired ( D&G Fall 2009 ) any day. Dolce & Gabbana hit all the right buttons again for me. From the color palette to a new trend of wearing pjs under ripped jeans... im in designer heaven. The design-duo showcased their mastery in tailoring with interesting jackets with rosette details on lapels and flare in trendy casual wear with embellished denim jeans. This might have been for Spring but I have to say the collection was a scorcher!

Dolce & Gabbana , Men's Apparel , Spring 2010John Galliano is perhaps the hardest working man in fashion. I can't imagine how he manages to accomplish everything he does, time and time again. Every season he makes at least four distinct collections -- and they're not rip-offs of each other -- they can all stand on their own.
His show at Paris Fashion Week was very well received by critics and fashionistas. As you can see in the video above, Galliano juxtaposed a truly modern runway (laser-lit with magical floating bubbles) with his vintage-Hollywood-inspired collection.
"I went around the old houses of Hollywood and imagined how stars like Tallulah Bankhead, Lillian Gish, and Mary Pickford lived," he told Style. By all accounts it was a successful venture.

John Galliano , Spring 2010
As we herald in the New Year, I look back to the year that was 2009. Just like every other year, it had it's ups and downs. Trust me, I had my fair share of the highs and lows. However 2009 was for you, may this new year be a time full of love, joy and happiness.
On a personal note, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude and appreciation for the ongoing support of my readers, family and friends. Wishing you all only the best in 2010.
